Will be charged an additional $650 for club fees, and which will be due consistent with club fee payment due dates.

AASC offers sibling discounts as follows: 

The 1st sibling rate is paid at the full rate, with each of the 2nd, 3rd,and 4th, etc. sibling to receive an adjustment reducing their club fees after registering each child and paying the first installment.   Once you have registered all of your children, please email Kathleen Renshaw, our Financial Manager, at both of the following emails: aascfinancialmanager@gmail.com & kathleenrenshaw@hotmail.com.  Please include your children’s names and full team names and Kathleen will apply the sibling discount to the 2nd and any additional player accounts.

Families with multiple players in the club will receive tiered discounts based on the number of siblings registered:
First player-full price
2nd player -7% reduction of lower club fee
3rd player - 10% reduction of lower club fee
4th player-12% reduction of lower club fee
*$75 if sibling is u7-u10

Verde Valley and Flagstaff members, siblings will receive a $50 sibling discount

Club fees are paid through Playmetrics.  
Team fees are paid directly to a team account via Playmetrics, and to be communicated as teams are formed.
 
Club Fees – As an acceptance of your roster offer is completed, $300 towards the total fee is paid which is considered your roster deposit. Following that payment, payments are due online by the following dates:

    1    June 1, 2026
    2    July 1, 2026
    3    August 1, 2026
    4    September 1, 2026
    5    October 1, 2026
    6    November 1, 2026
    7    December 1, 2026
 
Explanation of Fees

1. Club fees - These fees cover registration with Association, administrative costs, wages/coach/trainers/contractors, training, facilities, operations, equipment, specialty programs and various other costs.
 
2. Team Fees – As these fees and payment timelines are decided, they will be presented to all team members by the individual team treasurer. Teams will absorb league and national fees in their Team Fees. These fees can vary greatly depending on your team’s specific leagues, tournaments, and travel. (see Team Treasurer for details)
 
3. Uniforms - This will be an added fee for a uniform kit or if you need to buy individual pieces for a current player. Please click the links below for more information on uniforms. Please note that we are in the second year of a 2-year cycle and we will be wearing Adidas for a minimum of the next 6 years.

The Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club offers a financial aid assistance program to players/families who may qualify. The application is available in Playmetrics during the season registration process, once your child has received an invitation to their team.  Interested individuals need to complete the application directly in Playmetrics.

Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club agreed in terms with AAG to purchase a buyout of 1 membership pass for all Arizona Arsenal Club players. The 1 membership pass includes 1 parking pass, 1 entrance admission, and a 12-month pass to the fitness center. If a family has more than 1 registered Arizona Arsenal Club player, then they get 1 free membership pass for each added player. This is applicable for Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club  membership in the East Valley, Verde Valley, Flagstaff and our Select Program.

Along with the terms of the agreement all Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club families get into the Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club tournament series free of charge (Inside Classic- Summer, Pre Season Friendlies, Arsenal Challenge, Inside Classic- Winter, Battle in the Valley and Rivalries Cup)

Additional AAG membership passes can be purchased inside the fitness center Monday- Thursday 5:30pm- 8:30pm for $55 per pass.
