WHAT IS THE AZ ARSENAL SELECT PROGRAM (FORMERLY AYDP)
The AZ Arsenal Select Program will serve as the bridge between recreational soccer and competitive club soccer.  All aspects of the program will be under the direction of Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club which includes year long calendar, scheduling, coaching education, parent expectations, player expectations and fees.

FOR WHO?
The AZ Arsenal Select Program will service Boys and Girls u10/2015- u19/2007.  The program will also service coaches that want to take the next step in their coaching moving from recreational to competitive soccer.

CALENDAR
The AZ Arsenal Select teams will train 2 times per week starting in August.  The teams will train at AZ Athletic Grounds.  AZ Arsenal Select teams will compete in Arizona Soccer Association (ASA) Open League and will compete in 5 tournaments throughout the year.  The Arsenal Challenge (Oct 11-13), Inside Classic (Jan 3-5) and Rivalries Cup (Apr 11-13).  The team will add 1 additional in state tournament in the Fall and in the Spring which is decided by the coach of the team.  Teams have the ability to add more tournaments.

COACHES
All AZ Arsenal Select Coaches will be background checked, Safesport trained and have to complete the US Soccer Grassroots Course.  AYDP coaches will be introduced to the Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club Curriculum and Methodology to implement with their teams and players.

COST
The cost to participate in the AZ Arsenal Select program is $900 for the year.  This will cover player pass, insurance, facility usage, entrance into the 3 Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club hosted Tournaments and support from Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club.

Additional fees will an abridged uniform package and team fees which will cover league costs, ref fees and two additional tournaments.
