Arizona Arsenal Soccer Club is excited to announce its FREE Coaching Academy in efforts to develop the next generation of youth soccer coaches.  The course is targeted to male and female collegiate players that may be interested in getting into youth soccer coaching as a part time or full time job.  Applicants can also be those that are interested in getting into the coaching field.  Applicants must be over the age of 18 and be able to pass a background check.

The three month course, starting virtually on January 16 will entail 2- 60 minute zoom meetings per month and 3 hours of on field session per month.  The field sessions will be assigned to meet candidate schedules.

What makes a successful youth soccer coach?
Planning, Designing, Executing, and Evaluating Training Sessions
Game Day management
Managing Teams: the calendar, players, parents, and expectations
Coaching Pathway

All applicants will be notified by Januaruy 3, 2022 if they are accepted or denied.
