As many have learned Bell Bank will also be hosting a Political Rally on Sunday. Secret Service, Mesa PD and Bell Bank Park have come up with the best flow and separation possible for this.
Arsenal Challenge participants will be parking in lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 (NO indoor events happening on 10/9). Teams should enter the facility from the south on Ellsworth Rd and enter at LOT 1. Coming from the east or North it is recommended you come in off Power road and use either Germann or Pecos Road to connect to Ellsworth to approach the park from the south (Heading North on Ellsworth). The entrance on Williams field road is for the Rally SO IT IS Not recommended to use the 24 freeway exiting on Ellsworth or Williams field on 10/9. Despite all the safeguards to completely separate the two events, traffic is something that will be significantly increased this day. Please plan accordingly and leave yourself SIGNIFICANT time to get into the park. Please ensure this is clearly communicated with your families as our schedules are set for Sunday. If you end up having multiple games at Bell Bank on Sunday it is highly recommended you do not leave the facility.
We have been assured that the park will have full PD and Bell Bank security present as well as secret service. The East gates near lot 7 (field 14 entrance will be closed Sunday) will be locked and every safety precaution is being taken by the park.
