Roster Freeze
Roster freeze for teams is Wednesday, September 28th by 5:00 pm. This means that teams must generate their tournament roster in their 'Rosters' tab. Teams can use the Clone feature to clone their official roster and can add Guest players as needed.
Check-in Deadline
Local clubs within 40 miles need to check in at Bell Bank Park on Wednesday, October 5th between 5:00pm-8:00 pm. All other teams must check-in 1 hour before their first game. Teams must present laminated player passes and signed medical releases for each player. If a team is borrowing a player from another club, they must also have USYS or US Club loan paperwork, signed by both clubs. Please Note: All players must have passes from the same organization (USYS or US Club).
Check-in Before Each Game
At the tournament, teams will give their passes to the Field Marshal at their field, 20 mins before each of their games. After the game, passes will be picked up from the Score Tent. When picking up your passes after your first game, please ask for your Arsenal Challenge pins, for all teams, and participation medals for U7 - U10 teams.

All teams will be guaranteed 3 games minimum
League Schedule Conflicts: Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the ability to work around league schedules. Please be sure to black out our tournament weekend on your league schedule requests.
Coaching Conflicts: We will attempt to accommodate a maximum of 2 teams per coach. For coaches with 3 or more teams we will try to accommodate schedule requests but cannot guarantee.

Legacy Sports Park Info APP
For the app, it can be downloaded on Google Play or Apple App Store by searching Bell Bank Park. Once guests download the app you can find promos and discounts on the top left corner if they click the three lines, then in the menu that pops out click promos & discounts, then they just need to present the pomo that they want to use when they are paying!
Ticketing info- Bell Bank is a privately owned facility and does charge for parking and entry.
Parking is $5 per car per day
Entry $5 a day or $10 for the event per person
Players, Coaches, Refs, Staff and individuals 10 and under are FREE entry
It is highly recommended to purchases tickets prior to attending (can use the link below)
