The 2014 Arsenal Challenge will be held over Columbus Day weekend, October 10th-12th 2014.

Important Dates:

2014 Tournament Play Dates……….. October 10 – 12 2014

Registration Deadline.………………….. September 9, 2014

Payment Deadline……All payments must be received no later than September 26, 2014 or your application will be denied and your slot filled from our wait-list

Team Credentials Check In……………Wednesday October 8, 2014 – 5:30pm to 8:00pm

Preliminary Flights………………………..September 18, 2014

Initial Schedule……………………………..September 27, 2014

Final Schedule………………………………October 3, 2014

Roster Final…………………………………………October 4, 2014

Team Credentials Check-In Information:

Team check-in night for teams located in Maricopa County will be held Wednesday, October 8th at our Paloma Soccer Complex located at 3215 S. Sossaman Rd Mesa, AZ 85212 from 5:30pm – 8:00pm.  All teams located in Maricopa County are required to send a representative to attend this mandatory check in.

Teams traveling from out-of-state or outside Maricopa County will check-in at the Scorer’s Table at the site of their first game a minimum of 1 hour prior to the start of their first game.

Teams should make sure their official roster is updated in GotSoccer no later than Sunday October 4, 2014.  For each active player on the roster you will need a signed medical release and valid player pass.

Hotel Information:

The Arsenal Challenge is a Stay and Play event.  We have contracted with WSC Sports Accommodations to handle our tournament housing and negotiate the best rates possible on several local hotels close to our fields.  Please see the link below to browse available properties and make reservations.

Awards:

Champions will receive team trophy, team photo, individual champion t-shirts and medals.  2nd place teams will receive finalist medals.
